We stock a large collection of organic cotton fabric in all bases. We stock 100% organic cotton fleece, french terry knit fabric and waffle knit fabric. We also stock 100% organic cotton jersey, interlock fabric and thermal fabric.

Why use organic cotton fabric?

Organic cotton is grown without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. In addition, federal regulations prohibit the use of genetically engineered seed for organic farming. All cotton sold as organic in the United States must meet strict federal regulations covering how the cotton is grown.

How do I sew organic knit fabric?

As with all knits, a ballpoint needle is a must. A serger is not required as organic cotton knit fabrics won't ravel. A rotary cutter or sharp scissors will work for cutting your fabric.
